6) Turn off the computer and mobile phone
Spending too much time at the computer in the evening hours can be one of the causes of insomnia and sleep disorders. A large amount of information we receive while browsing the Internet is so stimulating to the brain that it is difficult to rest, especially if we stay at the computer after midnight.
Turn off the PC and mobile phone so as not to be disturbed from 11 pm onwards, which is the ideal time to go to sleep according to our body’s rhythms.
7) Make yourself a light dinner
Difficult digestion caused by a rather heavy dinner can make it difficult to get a good rest and disturb sleep. You should allow at least two hours between dinner and bedtime so that the body has time to complete digestion. Choose a light dinner. For example, you can prepare a vegetable soup made with ingredients that are not heavy.
